Accepted formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX. Best fit: Shopify product exports or supplier product sheets mapped to Shopify columns.

Limits: up to 10 MB and 25,000 rows per file.

Best first test: upload a real Shopify product export.
If the file is broken, the report should tell you exactly why it is not import-ready.
If the file is repairable, you will see the export unlock step on the results page.
